A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE
CARLSBAD DESIGN REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, Nick Vessey resigned as the Village Redevelopment Area representative to t
Design Review Board effective as of April 17, 1996; and
WHEREAS, a new representative of the Village Redevelopment Area must be appointed tc
Design Review Board to complete Mr. Vessey’s term which expires in October, 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cai
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed as the representative of the economic in1
of persons who live, work or own property in the Village Redevelopment Area on the I
Review Board, for a term expiring in October, 1997:
