RESOLUTION NO. 96-329
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE
CARLSBAD TRAFFIC SAFETY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the term of James Courtney expires in July, 1996;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Cil
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve
member of the Traffic Safety Commission for a term to expire in
2000:
James Courtney
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the
Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 1st day of October
1996 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Kulchin, Hall and Finnila
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
