RESOLUTION NO. 96-338
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF A PURCHASE ORDER FOR CARDIAC MONITORS/
DEFIBRILLATORS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ca
California, as follows:
1. That the proposal of Physio Control Corporation, attached hereto as Exhib
hereby accepted and the Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized to exe
purchase order for the purchase of three cardiac monitors/defibrillator:
Physio-Control Corporation, PO. Box 97023, Redmond, WA 98073,
amount of $40,162.50 plus tax, for a total of $43,275.09.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of th
of Carlsbad held on the 8th day of October , 1996, by the followins
to wit:
