RESOLUTION NO. 96-344
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DONATION OF ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000)
WHEREAS, one thousand dollars ($1,000) was donated to the
Carlsbad Senior Center by A person who requests to remain
anonymous; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1.
($1,000) on behalf of the Senior Citizens of the City of Carlsbad.
That the City Council accepts the donation of one thousand dollars
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad held on the 22nd day of
OCTOBER , 1996, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Kulchin, Finnila,
