A RROLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE BUENA VISTA CHANNEL DREDGING, PROJECT NO. 2489.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California has detern
necessary, desirable, and in the public interest to dredge Buena Vista Channel; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishing of all labor, materials
equipment, transportation and other expenses necessary or incidental for said project ha\
prepared and are on file in the Engineering Department of the City of Carlsbad i
incorporated by reference herein; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ci
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the plans and specifications as presented are hereby approved.
3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and dire
publish, in accordance with law, Notice to Contractors inviting bids for the Buena Vista (
Dredging, Project No. 2489.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
held on the 12th day of November , 1996 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Hall and Finnila
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Kulchin
