A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE
CONSULTANT AGREEMENT WITH BSI CONSULTANTS, INC., FOR
ENGINEERING PIANCHECKING SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California has considered t
to provide planchecking services; and
WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available from current appropriations; and
WHEREAS, an Amendment No. 2 to the existing consultant agreeme
BSI Consultants, Inc., for engineering planchecking services has been prepared and SI

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C
California, as follows:
1, That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement between the City of Carlst
BSI Consultants, Inc., is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to
said agreement. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to forward copies of tht
