RESOLUTION NO. 96-392
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AWARDING A PURCHASE ORDER TO SDG&E IN THE AMOUNT OF $18,630 FOR AN ENERGY LIGHTING RETROFIT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad, California has determined the need to reduc
costs; and
WHEREAS, SDG&E has offered an incentive of $8,288 to offset the $26,918 cc
energy lighting retrofit project for various City facilities; and
WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available in the Capital Improvement Program,
Number 300-820-5320-351 7.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Car
follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. Funds are available in the Capital Improvement Program, Account Number :
5320-351 7.
3. The Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized to issue a purchase order in the
of $1 8,630 to SDG&E for an energy lighting retrofit project at various City fac
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlst:
regular meeting held on the 19th day of NOVEMBER , 1996, by the following vote,
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Kulchin, Finnila, Hall
