RESOLUTION NO. 96 -402
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A NEGATIVE
DECLARATION FOR THE AMENDMENT TO THE MASTER DRAINAGE AND STORM WATER QUALITY MANAGEMENT PLAN. CASE NAME: CITY OF CARLSBAD
CASE NO: EIA 96-03
WHEREAS, Rancho Carlsbad Mobile Home Park has requested that improvemf
the Agua Hedionda Creek be included in the Master Drainage and Storm Water I
Management Plan; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Guidelines for Implementation of the Ca
Environmental Quality Act and Environmental Protection Ordinance of the City of Carlsb
Planning Director of the City of Carlsbad did file a Notice of Negative Declaration on the
described as An Amendment to the Master Drainage and Storm Water Quality Mana!
Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Negative Declaration was circulated for public review
comments were received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ci
California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the Negative Declaration issued by the Planning Director on Octo1
1996 and known as Case No. EIA 96-03, is hereby approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
held on the 3rd day of December , 1996 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Kulchin, Hall and Finnila
NOES: None
