A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO RECORD THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION, RELEASE BONDS,
AND DIRECT THE COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT TO COMMENCE
MAINTAINING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED AT DATE AND OLIVE AVENUES, EAST OF GARFIELD STREET.
WHEREAS, the public improvements consisting of the installation of street improv
in the City of Carlsbad, California has been successfully completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the above described public improvements are
complete and hereby accepted.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to re1
Notice of Completion for said project and release the bonds in accordance with State 1
City Ordinances.
4. That the Community Services Department of the City of Carlsbad, Califc
hereby directed to commence maintaining the above described public improvements
project.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
held on the 3rd day of December , 1996 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Kulchin, Hall and Finnila

ABSENT: None
