R€SOLUTION NO, 96-408
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAC
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, AUTHORIZING THI
CITY CLERK TO RECORD THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION, RELEASE BONDS
AND DIRECT THE COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT TO COMMENCI
MAINTAINING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED AT AVIARA P/
26 NORTH, CT 90-38.
WHEREAS, the public improvements consisting of the installation of sewer, stori
and street improvements in the City of Carlsbad, California has been successfully corn1
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the above described public improvements are
complete and hereby accepted.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to re
Notice of Completion for said project and release the bonds in accordance with State I
City Ordinances.
4. That the Community Services Department of the City of Carlsbad, Calif
hereby directed to commence maintaining the above described public improvements
project.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad Citl
held on the 3rd day of December , 1996 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Kulchin, Hall and Finnila
