A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A PRECISE
DEVELOPMENT PLAN AMENDMENT TO ALLOW A
MODULAR OFFICE UNIT ON A SITE ON THE EAST SIDE
OF AVENIDA ENCINAS BETWEEN PALOMAR AIRPORT
ROAD AND POINSETTIA LANE
CASE NAME: ENCINA MODULAR OFFICE
CASE NO.: PDP 1(D)
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, the E
Commission did, on October 2, 1996, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed b
consider a Precise Development Plan Amendment; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on the 3rd
of December , 1996, held a duly advertised public hearing to consider said
Development Plan Amendment and at that time received the recommendations, obj
protests, comments of all persons interested in or opposed to PDP l(D).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Counc
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the City Council APPROVES ENCINA MODULAR OFFICE - PI:
and that the findings and conditions of the Planning Commission as set
Planning Commission Resolution No. 3992 and on file with the City C
made a part hereof by reference are the findings and conditions of t
Council.
