RESOLUTION NO. 96-419
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, AUTHORIZING THE
CITY CLERK TO RECORD THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION, RELEASE BONDS
AND DIRECT THE COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT TO COMMENCE
MAINTAINING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED AT OLYMPIC
GOLF COURSE, PD 213.
WHEREAS, the public improvements consisting of the installation of street improv
in the City of Carlsbad, California has been successfully completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ci
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the above described public improvements are I
complete and hereby accepted.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to rec
Notice of Completion for said project and release the bonds in accordance with State L
City Ordinances.
4. That the Community Services Department of the City of Carlsbad, Califo
hereby directed to commence maintaining the above described public improvements 1
project.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City (
held on the 10th day of December , 1996 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Kulchin, Hall and Finnila
