RESOLUTION NO. 96-439
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CART.,SBAD, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING LICENSE FEES FOR ESCORT SERVICE EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad, California has determined it
to be in the public interest to license escort services employees
within the City of Carlsbad; and
WHEREAS, escort service employees license fees are to be
established by City Council Resolution pursuant to Carlsbad Municipal
Code Section 5.1;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad, California as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That an escort service business license fee of $500
and an escort service employee license fee of $100 is
established pursuant to Carlsbad Municipal Code Section 5.17.
