RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 2 2
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING TWO FINAL MAPS FOR
CARLSBAD TRACT NO. CT 91-12, MARINERS POINT UNITS 1 & 2.
WHEREAS, Bramalea California, LLC, a California limited liability compan!
submitted final maps known as Carlsbad Tract No. 91-12, Units 1 & 2, to the City of Carlsh
approval; and
WHEREAS, the tentative map of Carlsbad Tract No. 91-12 with conditions was apF
by the Planning Commission on November 17, 1993 pursuant to Resolution No. 3556; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Planning Commission Resolution No. 3556
meeting of March 15, 1994 pursuant to Resolution No. 94-83; and
WHEREAS, the City Council granted a one-year extension of time for said tentativ
at its April 9, 1996 meeting pursuant to Resolution No. 96-123; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that said map substantially confor
said conditionally approved tentative map; and
WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for said final maps have been complei
secured; and
WHEREAS, the developer has offered public streets and public easements for dedi
to the City of Carlsbad; and
WHEREAS, the final maps conform to the City of Carlsbad General Plan a1
requirements of City Codes and Standards; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad determined it to be in the
interest to approve said final map.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Car
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That said final maps known as Carlsbad Tract No. 91-12, Units 1 & 2 from Bra1
~ California, LLC, which is on file with the City Engineer and is incorporated herein by referer i
accepted.

4. That the City Clerk is authorized to sign the Certificate of Acceptance on the 1 2

4 5. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original final maps to be recorded in
