A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
THE FOUNDATION OF CARLSBAD COMMUNITY CABLE
TELEVISION
WHEREAS, the term of Robert Sheppard, as a member of

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

1.That the above recitations are true and correct.
2.That the following person is hereby appointed to serve
member of the Board of Directors for the Foundation for Carl
Community Cable Television for a term expiring January, 2001:
