A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
THE FOUNDATION OF CARLSBAD COMMUNITY CABLE
TELEVISION
WHEREAS, the term of Robert Turner, as a member of
' Foundation for Carlsbad Community Cable Television expires in Jan[ i
1997;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1.That the above recitations are true and correct.
2 .That the following person is hereby appointed to serve
/I member of the Board of Directors for the Foundation for Carl
