RESOLUTION NO. 97-76
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING SUPPLEMENTS NO. 022 AND
023 TO STATE AND LOCAL TRANSPORTATION PARTNERSHIP
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City and State have previously entered into State and
PROGRAM MASTER AGREEMENT NO. SLTPP-5308 AND
Transportation Partnership Program Master Agreement No. SLTPP-5308; and
WHEREAS, the City has applied for and been granted approval for the Poin
LaneAnterstate 5 Interchange construction and Olivenhain Road widening; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that receipt of this supplemental funding is bene
to the transportation system for both the City and the State.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carl:
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council hereby approves Program Supplements No. 022 and 0:
the State and Local Transportation Partnership Agreement SLTPP-5308.
3. That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute documenk
Program Supplements No. 022 and 023.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad
Council held on the 4th day of March , 1997 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Finnila, Nygaard, Kulchin, and Hall
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
