RESOLUTION NO. 97-97
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS,
AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO RECORD THE NOTICE OF
COMPLETION, RELEASE BONDS, AND DIRECT THE COMMUNITY
SERVICES DEPARTMENT TO COMMENCE MAINTAINING THE PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED SOUTH OF AVIARA PARKWAY AND
WEST OF AVIARA DRIVE, AVIARA UNIT E. CT 85-35.
WHEREAS, the public improvements consisting of the installation of 5
improvements including the following street:
Black Rail Court
in the City of Carlsbad, California has been successfully completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carl
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the above described public improvements are de
complete and hereby accepted.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to I
the Notice of Completion for said project and release the bonds in accordance with Stat
and City Ordinances.

project.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsb:
Council held on the 11th day of March , 1997 by the following vote, to wit:
