RESOLUTION NO. 97-408
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF POINSETTIA LANE AND BATlQUlTOS DRIVE
TRAFFIC SIGNAL, PROJECT N0.3482
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California has determir
necessary, desirable, and in the public interest to construct a traffic signal at the intersect
Poinsettia Lane and Batiquitos Drive; and
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for furnishing of all labor, material,
equipment, transportation and other expenses necessary or incidental for said project
been prepared and are on file in the Engineering Department of the City of Carlsbad an
incorporated by reference herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carl
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are trpe and correct.
2. That the plans, specifications, and contract documents as presented are h
approved.

Poinsettia Lane and Batiquitos Drive traffic signal Project No. 3482.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad
Council held on the 25th day of March , 1997 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Finnila and Hall
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Members Nygaard a
