RESOLUTION NO. 97-441
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO
ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE 1997 PAVEMENT OVERLAY
AND CONCRETE REPAIRS PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 3527-0.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, has determine
6 necessary, desirable, and in the public interest to repair concrete curb, gutter and sidewalks
resurface asphalt streets; and 7
8 WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for furnishing of all labor, material, tc
9 equipment, transportation and other expenses necessary or incidental for said project have t
10 prepared and are on file in the Engineering Department of the City of Carlsbad and
11 incorporated by reference herein;
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlst
13 California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 14 (1 2. That the plans, specifications, and contract documents as presented are her

I' 11 3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to pub1
17 in accordance with State law, Notice to Contractors Inviting Bids for the 1997 Pavement Ove
