A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DIRECTING THE SUBDIVIDER TO
CONSTRUCT FULL IMPROVEMENTS TO LUPINE ROAD AND
AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF A CASH DEPOSIT UPON
COMPLETION OF SAID IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on December 22, 1987, appro
Resolution No. 9322 requiring the subdivider to install certain interim improvements in Lul
Road; and
WHEREAS, said resolution required the subdivider to post a cash security for
completion of Lupine Road; and
WHEREAS, the City desires that subdivider complete the full improvements to Lu
Road to the satisfaction of the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carls
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That subject to the installation of full improvements in Lupine Road and the postir
an improvement agreement and bond by the subdivider, all subject to the approval of the

Engineer, the cash security posted by subdivider for the future improvements to Lupine F
may be released.

4 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City COL
