RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 4 54
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE
IMPROVEMENT OF THE COMMUNITY SWIM COMPLEX PARKING LOT,
PROJECT NO. 3512.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, has determinc
necessary, desirable, and in the public interest to repair concrete curb and gutter and resur
and re-stripe the asphalt parking lot at the Community Swim Complex; and
8 WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for furnishing of all labor, material, tc
9 equipment, transportation and other expenses necessary or incidental for said project have t
10
incorporated by reference herein; 11
prepared and are on file in the Engineering Department of the City of Carlsbad and
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsl
13 California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the plans, specifications, and contract documents as presented are he1

approved.
16 3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to pub
in accordance with State law, Notice to Contractors Inviting Bids for the Improvement of 17
18 community Swim Complex Parking Lot, Project No. 3512.
