RESOLUTION NO. 97-455
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION
OF THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE INTERSECTION OF
AVlARA PARKWAY AND FOUR SEASONS POINT,
PROJECT NO. 3501.

WHEREAS, the construction of the traffic signal at the intersection of Aviara Park
and Four Seasons Point has been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carl:
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the traffic signal at the intersection of Aviara Parkwa)
Four Seasons Point, specifically identified as Project No. 3501, is deemed complete
hereby accepted.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to ex
the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
4. That bonds will be released in accordance with State Law and City Ordinances
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad
Council held on the X!nd day of April , 1997 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Finnila, Nygaard, Kulchin, and Hall
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
