RESOLUTION NO. 97-477
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
THE CARLSBAD PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the term of Robert Nielsen expires in April, 1997;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Cit
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member ol
Carlsbad Planning Commission for a term to expire in April, 2001 :
Robert Nielsen
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Co
of the City of Carlsbad on the 24th day of June 7 1997, by
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Finnila, Nygaard, Kulchin, and Hall
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
