RESOLUTION NO. 97-506
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF LA COSTA AVENUE WIDENING, PROJECT NO. 321 5.
5 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California has determinc
6 necessary, desirable, and in the public interest to construct La Costa Avenue Widening; and
7 WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for furnishing of all labor, material, tc
8
prepared and are on file in the Engineering Department of the City of Carlsbad and 9
equipment, transportation and other expenses necessary or incidental for said project have I:
10 incorporated by reference herein.
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlst
12 California, as follows:

2. That the plans, specifications, and contract documents as presented are her1 14

16 3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to publish

accordance with State law, Notice to Contractors Inviting Bids for the construction of the La Co
19 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Cour

held on the 24th day of June , 1997 by the following vote, to wit:
