RESOLUTION NO. 97-511
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING
THE ENCINA WASTEWATER AUTHORITY
THE 1997-98 FISCAL YEAR CAPITAL BUDGET OF
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad is a member agency to the Encina Joint PC
7 I/ Agreement entered into on July 13, 1961, for the acquisition, construction, owne
8 I) operation and maintenance of the Encina Joint Sewer System; and
9 11 WHEREAS, the Encina Agreement requires approval for the budget o

12 recommendation of the Joint Advisory Committee (JAC); and
13 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad desires to approve
14 budget and provide for the payment of its share such expenses in accordance wit
l5 allocation provided in the Basic Agreement.
Encina Wastewater Authority (EWA) by the Member Agencies following
I.6 ll NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Carlsb

Carlsbad, California as follows:
19 I/ 1. That the Fiscal Year 1997-98 Capital Budget of the EWA as approvc
