RESOLUTION NO. 97-513
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
CONSULTING AGREEMENT FOR THE PREPARATION
OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR THE
CASE NAME: CARLSBAD GOLF COURSE PROJECT
CASE NO: EIR 97-01
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does hereby resoh
follows:
1. That a consulting agreement with Cotton - Beland Associates, Incorporate
consulting services to prepare an Environmental Impact report for the Carlsbad Golf CI
Project is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute said agreement.
2. Following the Mayor’s execution of said agreement, the City Clerk is direct(
forward copies of this resolution and said agreement to Cotton - Beland Associates, Incorpor
attention: Mr. John Bridges, 63 10 Greenwich Drive, Suite 220, San Diego, California 9212’2
Planning Department, and the Community Development Department.
