The City Council of the City of Carlsbad resolves: 1. That pursuant to Section 34090 of the Government Code, the Attorney is authorized to destroy records over two years old as shown on Exhibit “A 2. This resolution shall not authorize the destruction of any record the City Attorney deems is necessary for the ongoing or current activity of the office City Attorney.
