RESOLUTION NO. 97-543
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO RECORD THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION, RELEASE BONDS, AND DIRECT THE COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT TO COMMENCE MAINTAINING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED AT SOUTHEAST CORNER OF AVIARA PARKWAY AND POINSETTIA LANE {AVlARA PA 24, UNIT 2, CT 90-15)
WHEREAS, the public improvements consisting of installation of street improven
sewer and storm drains, in the City of Carlsbad, California has been successfully completel
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carl:
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the above described public improvements are de(
complete and hereby accepted.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to rt
the Notice of Completion for said project and release the bonds in accordance with State
and City Ordinances.
4. That the Community Services Department of the City of Carlsbad, Californi
hereby directed to commence maintaining the above described public improvements for
project.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad
Council held on the 22nd day of July , 1997 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Finnila, Nygaard, Kulchin, and Hall
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
