RESOLUTION NO. 97-546
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, AUTHORIZING
THE CITY CLERK TO RECORD THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION, RELEASE BONDS, AND DIRECT THE COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT TO
COMMENCE MAINTAINING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED WEST OF EL CAMINO REAL AT RANCHO CARLSBAD DRIVE (EAGLE
CANYON CT 91 -02)
WHEREAS, the public improvements consisting of the installation of
improvements, sewer, storm drains and median improvements., in the City of Carl
California has been successfully completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carl
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the above described public improvements are de
complete and hereby accepted.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to r
the Notice of Completion for said project and release the bonds in accordance with Statc
and City Ordinances.
4. That the Community Services Department of the City of Carlsbad, Califorr
hereby directed to commence maintaining the above described public improvements fo
project.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbac
Council held on the E’nd day of JULY , 1997 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Finnila, Nygaard, Kulchin, Hall
