RESOLUTION NO. 97-551
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING A
CONTRACT FOR THE MONROE STREET AND CHESTNUT
AVENUE STREET LIGHTING, PROJECT NO. 3503.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, has determinc

necessary, desirable, and in the public interest to construct the Monroe Street
8 WHEREAS, one (1) sealed bid was received on July 17, 1997 for the project; and
9 WHEREAS, the lowest responsive, responsible bid for the project was submittec
10 Signal Maintenance, Inc.; and
11 WHEREAS, City staff has analyzed Signal Maintenance, Inc.’s bid and find no ambigl
12 impacting their status as the lowest responsible bidder.
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carls
