RESOLUTION NO. 97-610
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE
PURCHASE OF POLICE FIREARMS.
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad Police Department requires the replacement
firearms, and;
WHEREAS, proper bidding procedures have resulted in the receipt of a bid
qualified vendor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C;
as follows:
1. The bid of Discount Gun Mart is hereby accepted.
2. The Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized and directed to issue a pur
order for the firearms, minus the trade-in amount, not to exceed $26,399.14

of Carlsbad held on the 7th day of October , 1996, by the followin!
