2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE
TRAFFIC SIGNAL. PROJECT NO. 3522

CONSTRUCTION OF THE ASTON AVENUE AND COLLEGE BOULEVARD 4
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California has determined
necessary, desirable, and in the public interest to construct a traffic signal at the intersection
Aston Avenue and College Boulevard; and

WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for furnishing of all labor, material, to
equipment, transportation and other expenses necessary or incidental for said project have bl
prepared and are on file in the Engineering Department of the City of Carlsbad and
incorporated by reference herein;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsl

California, as follows:

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the plans, specifications, and contract documents as presented are he

approved.
