A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR THE SRO PROGRAM BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, THE
CARLSBAD UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT
AND ENCINITAS UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT

1. That the cost sharing agreement for the SRO
I! Program between the City of Carlsbad, the Carlsbad Unified 10
I1 I/ School District and Encinitas Union School District is hereby

and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the 14
3. That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized
by the following vote to- wit: 16
