A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE
MEMBER TO THE CARLSBAD PARKS & RECREATION
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the term of Gary Cox as a member of the Par
Recreation Commission expired in August, 1997;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci:
the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:

serve as a member of the Carlsbad Parks & Recreation Commis
for a term to expire in August, 2001:

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of
