A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DONATION FROM THE CARLSBAD ARTS ASSOCIATES
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad Arts Office provides "a variety of quality cultural pro

including all forms of visual and performing arts, to all Carlsbad residents"; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of the Carlsbad Arts Associates is to support the program:
Carlsbad Arts Office; and
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad Arts Associates is providing funds in the amount of $10,
assist with the City's summer jazz concert series; and
lo /I WHEREAS, the $10,500 will be deposited in the Arts Office Special Events Fund .
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsb

1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 2. That the donation of $1 0,500 from the Carlsbad Arts Associates is accepted.
