A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A CALIFORNIA ARTS COUNCIL GRANT AND APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS

7 the creation of a sculpture garden at 2955 Elmwood; and
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad Arts Office was awarded a State/Local Partnership grant
amount of $1 1,250; and
WHEREAS, the State/Local Partnership Program grant provides funding for assistanc
8 WHEREAS, the sculpture garden will display the City's temporary art exhibitions anc
9 local artists more opportunities to show their works.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsb;
