RESOLUTION NO. 97-635
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING THE DATE TO BE READY
TO CONNECT TO UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC SYSTEM IN
UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 16.
5 WHEREAS, on January 14, 1997, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad ado1

Resolution No. 96-424 establishing Underground Utility District No. 16; and
WHEREAS, Section 11.08.030 of City Code requires that property owners be notifie
the date to be ready to connect to the underground system by subsequent resolution; and a
WHEREAS, the underground system is to be completed by November 3, 1997, 9
overhead poles are to be removed by November 14,1997.
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlst
