RESOLUTION NO. 97-647
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A LOCAL
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PLAN AMENDMENT FOR
ZONES 5 AND 15 WHICH INCLUDES THE ADJUSTMENT OF
THE ZONE BOUNDARY BETWEEN LFMP ZONES 5 AND 15
CASE NAME: PALMER WAY INDUSTRIAL PARK
CASE NO.: LFMP 87-05(D)/LFMP 15(A)
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does hereby resol.
follows:
WHEREAS, on August 4, 1987, and April 10, 1990, the City Council app~
Local Facilities Management Plans for Zones 5 and 15; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered the Palmer Way Indu
Park project applications (SDP 96-13 and SUP 96-09), including the requested zone bow
adjustment (LFMP 87-05(D)/LFMP 15(A)) at a public hearing held on September 3, 1997; a
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission adopted Planning Commi!
Resolutions No. 41 69 and 41 70 approving SDP 96-1 3 and SUP 96-09 and adopted Plar
Commission Resolution No. 4171 recommending that the City Council approve LFMP 87-0
and EFMP 15(A).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci
Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the amendment to the boundary between LFMP Zones 5 and 15 is he
~ approved as depicted on Exhibit “H” , attached to Planning Commission Resolution No. 417
