RESOLUTION NO. 97-700
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, QUITCLAIMING A 25 FOOT WIDE
DRAINAGE EASEMENT DEDICATED ON CARLSBAD TRACT
NO. 85-15, GREYSTONE ON THE PARK (PARK VIEW WEST).
5 WHEREAS, a new drainage easement has been dedicated and drainage faci
6 constructed therein; and
7 WHEREAS, existing drainage easement is no longer required; and
8 WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad has determined it to be in the public interest to quitc 11 said easement. 9
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carls
10 California, as follows:
11 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
12 2. That the Drainage Easement Quitclaim Deed for a 25 foot wide drainage easen
l3 dedicated on Carlsbad Tract No. 85-15, Greystone on the Park (Park View West), between
14 northeast portion of Corte Promenade and La Costa Avenue, which is on file with the City C
15 and is incorporated by this reference, is approved.
16 3. That the Mayor is authorized to execute the Drainage Easement Quitclaim C
17 and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause the original Drainage Easement Quitclaim C
to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California. 18

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City COL
20 held on the 2 ndday of December , 1997 by the following vote, to wit:
