RESOLUTION NO. 97-704
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING CITY CLERK'S
MONTHLY AUTOMOBILE ALLOWANCE
WHEREAS, the Office of the City Clerk is established by section 365
the California Government Code; and
WHEREAS, the performance of the City Clerk's duties and responsit
require travel; and
WHEREAS, it is both necessary and convenient that the City Clerk
access to a personal vehicle for the performance of official duties; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk shall maintain liability insurance in an an
