A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DONATION
OF $1,000 FOR THE LIBRARY FROM FARMERS INSURANCE
WHEREAS, Farmers Insurance Group wishes to present $1,000 for the
purchase of computer books for the library; and
a WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift to the Carlsbad Citl

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City o

1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 9
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
10 2. That the City Council accepts the donation of $1,000 on behalf of all
11 citizens of the City of Carlsbad and hereby appropriates these funds to the
12 /I library’s Gifts and Bequests Book Account.
