RESOLUTION NO. 98-57
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE DESTRUCTION OF
CERTAIN RECORDS KEPT BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
WORKSIENGINEERING.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad resolves:
1. That pursuant to Section 34090 of the Government Code, the City Attorney i!
authorized to destroy records over two years old.
2. This resolution shall not authorize the destruction of any record which is necessar
for the ongoing or current activity of the Department of Public WorkdEngineering.
3. This resolution shall authorize the destruction of those records listed on Exhibit “A
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Counc
held on the 3rd day of March , 1998 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Kulchin and Hall
NOES: None
