RESOLUTION NO. 98-73
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR
LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION PLAN CHECKING AND
INSPECTION AND MISCELLANEOUS PLANNING INSPECTION
SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is desirable and necessap
retain a landscape and irrigation plan check consultant to provide plan check and inspect
and miscellaneous Planning inspection services for current development.
NOW, THEREFOR€ BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
Carisbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute
agreement with Lawrence Black and Associates for landscape plan check and inspecl
services and miscellaneous Planning inspections for current development, for a one y
period, which may be extended by the City Manager for 3 additional one year periods.
3. That the funds are available in the Planning Department budget.
PASSED AND ADOPTED ai a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
Carlsbad on the 17th day of March 1998, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Finnila, Nygaard, Kulchin and Ha
NOES: None
ABSENT: None /
