RESOLUTION NO. 98-82
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
3 CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FINAL MAP FOR
CARLSBAD TRACT 96-03, Pacific View Estates, Unit 1.

WHEREAS, Pacific View Communities LLC, A California Limited Liability Company, ha:
5 submitted a final map known as Carlsbad Tract 96-03, to the City of Carlsbad for approval; and
6 WHEREAS, the tentative map of Carlsbad Tract 96-03 with conditions, was approved b)
7 the Planning Commission on 611 8/97, pursuant to Resolution No. 41 00; and
8 WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has determined that said map substantiall!
9 conforms to said conditionally approved tentative map; and
10
and 11
WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for said final map have been completed or secured
12 WHEREAS, the developer has offered public street and public easements for dedication tc
the City of Carlsbad; and 13
WHEREAS, the final map conforms to the City of Carlsbad General Plan and al
14 requirements of City Codes and Standards; and
15 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad determined it to be in the publi
16 interest to approve said final map; and
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbac

California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
20 2. That said final map known as Carlsbad Tract 96-03, which is on file with the Publi
21

Works Director and is incorporated herein by reference, is accepted.
3. That the City accepts the dedications shown on the final map.
4. That the City Clerk is authorized to sign the Certificate of Acceptance on the fin; 23
map.
24 5. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original final map to be recorded i
25 the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California.

6. That the City Clerk is authorized to release the map to Lawyers Title Insurance Cc
for recording in the Office of the County Recorder.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Counc
held on the 24th day of March , 1998 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Finnila, Nygaltrd, Kulchin and Hall
NOES: None
