RESOLUTION NO. 98-83
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
REHABILITATION OF THE WASHINGTON STREET 10
AND 12-INCH GRAVITY SEWER PIPELINE, CONTRACT
NO. 34521 ,CMWD PROJECT NO. 97-103,
WHEREAS, the Rehabilitation of the Washington Street 10 and 12-inch Gravi
Sewer Pipeline, Contract No. 34521, CMWD Project No. 97-1 03 has been satisfactor
completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsba
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Rehabilitation of the Washington Street 10 and 12-inch Gravi
Sewer Pipeline, Contract No. 34521, CMWD Project No. 97-103, is deemed complete a1
hereby accepted.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to exes
the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
4. That bonds will be released in accordance with State Law and City Ordinances.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad C
Council held on the 24th day of March , 1998 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Finnila, Nygaard, Kulchin and Hall
