RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, SPECIAL
PROVISIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK
TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE KRUGER HOUSE ADA
IMPROVEMENTS, CONTRACT NO. FAC 98-3.

13 renovation to the bathrooms to provide disabled access; and the installation of accessible
14 hardware on all doors; and
15 WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available for this project in the Capital Improvement
3.6 Program, project number 30070009060134411900.
WHEREAS, the contract documents, special provisions and specifications for the
furnishing of all labor, material and equipment necessary to implement the ADA Improvements
to the Kruger House have been prepared and are on file in the Public Works Department,
Facilites Management Division and are incorporated by reference herein; and
WHEREAS, said improvements include installation of wheelchair ramps to the facility;
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as
18 follows:

2. The contract documents, special provisions and specifications as presented are
hereby approved.

3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to
proceed to publish, in accordance with law, Notice Inviting Bids for the work of
