RESOLUTION NO. 98-94
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, SPECIAL
PROVISIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK
TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE FIRE STATION NO. 3 RENOVATION,
CONTRACT NO. FAC 98-9.
WHEREAS, the contract documents, special provisions and specifications for the
furnishing of all labor, material and equipment necessary to implement the Fire Station No. 3
Renovation have been prepared and are on file in the Public Works Department, Facilites
Management Division and are incorporated by reference herein; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as
WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available for this project in the Capital Improvement
