RESOLUTION NO. 98-109
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO
ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
AVlARA PARKWAY AND BLACK RAIL ROAD TRAFFIC SIGNAL,
PROJECT NO. 3369.
6 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California has determined i

a
necessary, desirable, and in the public interest to construct a traffic signal at the intersection c
Aviara Parkway and Black Rail Road; and
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for furnishing of all labor, material, tools
equipment, transportation and other expenses necessary or incidental of said project have bee1
prepared and are on file in the Engineering Department of the City of Carlsbad and arc
incorporated by reference herein; and

l3 this project and said project is included in the 1997198 Capital Improvement Program.
WHEREAS, funding from Assessment District 88-01 includes sufficient funds to construc
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
15 California, as follows:
