RESOLUTION NO. 98-120
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT FOR WEED AND RUBBISH
ABATEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad requires the services of a weed and rubbish abatemc
contractor; and,
WHEREAS, proper bidding procedures have resulted in the receipt of bids from qualific
contractors;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
follows:
1. The bid of lngold Tractor Service is hereby accepted and the Purchasing Officer
hereby authorized to execute a purchase order for the acquisition of weed a1
rubbish abatement services for the period of May 1, 1998 through April 30, 195
which may be renewed by the City Manager for an additional three one (1) YE
periods.
2. That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to execu
said agreement for, and on behalf of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
Carlsbad held on the 21 day of April , 1998, by the following vote to wi
